Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandise presentation, and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Ability to answer questions regarding store, merchandise and policies.
• Skill in recommending, selecting, and locating merchandise based on guest needs and desires.
• Leadership and coaching abilities to recruit Teammates and support store leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to meet Buckle’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Teammate Recruiting, Training and Development: recruit and train new Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Visual Merchandise Management: own and influence product placement and visual standards.
• Operations: maintain flexibility in schedule and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory and Leadership: support leadership and foster a positive floor culture.
