Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Humble, TX is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest experience, sales, and store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and guide Teammates while maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities cover sales generation, teammate development, visual merchandising, and daily store operations, including loss prevention and policy adherence. A strong leader with customer focus is essential.
