Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support selling, merchandising and daily store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.

Key duties include greeting Guests, answering questions, selecting merchandise, executing POS procedures, maintaining visual standards and coaching teammates to deliver legendary service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service.
• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual standards and support merchandise flow and presentation.
