Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

The role involves sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, with responsibilities including recruiting Teammates and leading by example. You will work closely with management to drive sales, manage guest relationships, and ensure high standards across sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Strive to achieve personal sales goals and contribute to the store's targets.
• Lead by example and help coach Teammates to improve performance.
• Support store operations and leadership in daily tasks.
