Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, develop the team, recruit new Teammates, and work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales.

You will lead by example with showmanship and legendary service, oversee training, scheduling, and store presentation while maintaining Buckle policies and Loss Prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain Visual Standards and weekly checklists across the store.
• Balance sales goals with guest experience and store operations.
• Provide feedback to management and help manage policies and Loss Prevention.

Education
