Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, with responsibility for pharmacy and retail operations. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables and ensures a well-run store environment.

You will recruit, coach, and discipline team members, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance, while working to optimize customer experience and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership abilities including ethics, motivation, and communication.
• Willingness to complete Store Manager training programs (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members; manage performance and discipline.
• Oversee store front end, pharmacy, and overall operations to meet deliverables.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop staff; manage scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory controls are properly executed.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive store performance.
