Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end and assist overall operations.
• Support Store Manager in operation of the store and in achieving company deliverables; delegate tasks and supervise schedules.
• Lead and train store team, including recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary actions where needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, store safety, and asset protection; maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and Center partners to drive store performance and community outreach.
