Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager or equivalent to supervise customer service associates and oversee front-end and pharmacy operations. You will lead the store team to achieve company deliverables, recruit and develop talent, and ensure merchandising and asset protection across the store.

You will partner with Store Manager in strategic decision-making, use data to drive improvements, and manage the store in their absence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience (or Walgreens internship) required.
• Proven leadership, ethics, communication, and business acumen.
• Completion of LEAP program or willing to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front-end and pharmacy operations to support store goals.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline for team members.
• Manages scheduling, time records, and coverage to ensure proper staffing.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches teams to improve outcomes.
• Ensures store assets protection, merchandising standards, and regulatory compliance.
