Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will support sales, merchandising, and operations, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and help recruit and develop teammates.

The role includes training responsibilities and may advance from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher duties, while sharing core duties with the team and maintaining Buckle standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Able to lead and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations.
• Provide legendary guest service and product knowledge.
• Participate in recruitment and training of teammates.
