Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

The role involves training Teammates, recruiting, leading the team in the Manager's absence, and ensuring high standards of customer service. This is a stepping-stone role with progressive responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coach Teammates and lead by example.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service excellence across the store.
• Lead training, onboarding and development of Teammates.
• Recruit, interview and hire store staff with the Store Manager.
• Direct daily operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan goals and execute action plans.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising across zones.
