Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day store activities and drive performance. You’ll help with scheduling, developing operational plans, and coaching the team to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include implementing action plans, ensuring inventory and cash controls, and delivering excellent customer service. Prior management experience is preferred, with opportunities for wage growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise team and manage store operations.
• Interpret and apply company policies and scheduling.
• Meets state/local requirements for alcohol handling.
