Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and performance.
• Help manage schedules and payroll to meet budget goals.
• Develop operational action plans and training opportunities.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Support interviewing and onboarding of store personnel.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and customer service standards.
• Communicate store updates and milestones to leadership.
• Uphold ALDI policies and confidentiality of documents.
