Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to join our Mount Pleasant Towne Center team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising and operational excellence, while training and motivating teammates and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

The role offers a progression path from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities, and includes comprehensive employee benefits and on-site work commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates.
• Willingness to work on-site and follow store procedures.

Responsibilities
