Job summary

Buckle stores in the United States are seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager. The role works on-site with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership.

You will train Teammates, handle merchandising and guest service, lead by example, and step in as Store Manager in their absence. This is a progression from the AIT position with additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with leadership, training, and staffing needs.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks including cashiering and displays.
• Lead by example to coach Teammates and achieve sales goals.
