Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to help deliver a top-tier shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and motivate Teammates, and train staff in store operations.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities, including leadership duties and retail management tasks in a full-time capacity. Health, retirement, and time-off benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Supervisory and Leadership: lead and develop Teammates, coach and conduct daily interviews as needed.
• Operations: perform essential store duties including merchandising, cash handling, and POS procedures.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: assist Store Manager in supervising and maintaining store standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
