7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will oversee customer service delivery, train staff, and support the Store Leader in merchandising initiatives and daily operations.

This role offers full-time hours and opportunities to advance within a strong from-within culture. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, a focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to coach teams while managing inventory, loyalty programs, and health-and-safety

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to retain staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
