Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, train staff, and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Train, coach and develop store staff to meet performance goals.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure product availability.
• Participate in recruiting and retaining qualified staff.
