7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to oversee daily store operations and staff after completing the required training. You will learn about our Retailer Initiative strategy and inventory systems while coaching and scheduling the team.

Responsibilities include ensuring guest service excellence, managing escalations, maintaining safety and compliance, and coordinating stock, cash, and reports. The role requires leadership potential and a drive to grow within the company.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED required; 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; minimum age per policy.
• Driver’s license and food safety certification as required by county.

Aufgaben

• Oversee store operations and staff after completion of training.
• Provide guest service leadership; coach, train and schedule employees.
• Ensure policy compliance; monitor safety and security per guidelines.
• Forecast, order, stock and merchandise products; conduct inventories.
• Handle cash/lottery reconciliation and store paperwork efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Be flexible to work night, weekend, holiday hours; may exceed 50 hours weekly.
