Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Gilbert, AZ to oversee the sales floor, set daily and yearly goals, and lead a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent donor and customer service. You will drive store performance and ensure operations align with Goodwill standards.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the sales floor operations to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Direct and develop Retail Sales Associates, achieving high performance and customer service standards.
• Ensure store operations, inventory, reporting, and paperwork are accurate and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards; manage shifts and transfers as needed.
• Mentor staff, enforce company policies, and contribute to a positive team culture.
