Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Leader to drive retail operations, lead the store team, and manage production, donations, and customer service at our Glendale location.

You will oversee payroll budgeting, inventory control, and training to meet annual goals, while promoting the Goodwill mission in the community. Comprehensive benefits and a performance-based monthly bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers' license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops an operations plan to meet income, revenue, and production goals.
• Leads store team including Assistant Manager, Production Team and Donation Attendants.
• Monitors inventory, donations, and payroll/operating costs to meet budgets.
• Ensures excellent customer service and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Partners with community businesses to promote the mission.
• Transfers coverage between stores as needed and ensures training of Team Members.
