Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail floor operations, drive sales, and manage production and donations processing. You will coach team members, monitor inventory, and help fund our mission through strong store performance.

The role requires cost control, payroll management, and a commitment to excellent customer service as you collaborate with other GCNA locations and training teams. Travel to other stores may be required.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales targets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to stay within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day store operations and training of team members.
