You will recruit, train and evaluate employees, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies while driving sales and profit through effective inventory, merchandising, and loss-prevention practices.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling knowledge, and the ability to open/close the store, manage vendors, and maintain a safe, organized shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposits.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the management of all store employees and planning of store processes.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified staff per laws and company policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and address performance gaps.
• Make recommendations on pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Lead safety, security and policy communications with staff.
• Open and close the store daily and ensure proper staffing.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels and ordering to meet targets.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, signage and stock presentation.
• Maintain cash control, asset protection and store financial integrity.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain a clean, safe environment.
