Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counseling as needed.
• Manage store staffing, opening/closing, and scheduling.
• Review sales and inventory to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure merchandise is presented correctly with pricing and signage.
