Dollar General is hiring a Store Manager in Minnesota to lead all store operations, staffing, training and customer service. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage inventory and cash controls, and drive sales through effective team leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff in compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counseling as needed.
• Manage store opening/closing, scheduling and daily operations.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and shrink to meet targets.
• Ensure customer service leadership and safe, clean store environment.
• Maintain cash control and adhere to security procedures.
