Qualifications

• Three years in retail, two of them managing people
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort with a POS system and basic Word, Excel, and Outlook
• The math to handle discounts, commissions, and percentages without a calculator in hand
• A valid Florida driver6s license and clean driving record
• Open availability: this role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Own the store6s revenue and expense budget, including payroll, and hit key targets like sales, shrink, labor cost, and conversion
• Manage floor operations: inventory flow, pricing, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop your team; build a bench for real volume
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and safety checks to keep operations smooth
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and set service standards during peak periods
