Job summary

Goodwill Industries of North Florida is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and drive sales results at our Gainesville location. The role focuses on processing donations, supervising staff, ensuring customer and donor satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

You will manage cash handling and POS transactions, promote safety, and assist with training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations to meet sales goals.
Help manage processing of donated goods and staff training.
Ring up transactions, collect payments, bag merchandise, and thank customers.
Assist customers with shopping needs and maintain high standards of customer service.
Interact professionally in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pull and arrange clothing on racks by type and color; keep floor neat and displayed.
Greet donors and provide receipts, if desired; report security concerns to management.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures; promote safe, productive work environment.
Assist with training staff in responsibilities and safety protocols.
