Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Help achieve sales goals and manage budgeted expenses.
• Train and develop staff while upholding safety and company policies.
• Handle transactions, greet customers, and maintain customer relations.
• Ensure proper merchandise handling, display, and housekeeping on sales floor.
• Report security concerns to management and maintain inventory controls.
• Assist with receiving, processing, and stocking donated goods.
