UDF-MyScoop Branding in Harrison, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered consistently. You will supervise Associates, assist with scheduling and training, coach Shift Leaders, and help store leadership stay compliant with policies and applicable laws during your shift.

The role requires responsible cash handling, POS and gas-console operation, stock rotation, cleanliness, safety awareness, and accurate recordkeeping.

Formación

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to supervise associates, coach and train team members, and support store leadership in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to handle cash transactions, operate the POS system and gas console, and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Managing other Associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Store Administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, paperwork per Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Overall Guest Services: deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes/malts, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• POS and Gas Console: authorize and register transactions, handle coins/currency/checks/credit cards, coupons, and food stamps.
• Stocking Merchandise: maintain shelves, freezers, dip cabinet, and proper stock rotation.
• Security: maintain awareness of guests, manage cash drops, and follow tobacco/alcohol security programs.
• Maintenance: keep store and parking lot clean and equipment temperatures controlled.
• Reporting: accurate completion of time records and Customer First Document.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
