Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Madison to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage a high-performing team. You will drive sales, schedule staff, handle cash, and ensure consistent store presentation and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, executing promotions, and supporting recruitment and training initiatives. This role reports to the Store Manager and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist in scheduling and supervising store personnel.
• Lead customer service to achieve KPIs and provide product knowledge.
• Adhere to dress code and brand standards across the store.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily banking procedures.
• Protect company assets and follow loss prevention policies.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Manage associates through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Create an engaging, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
• Execute store promotions and ensure compliance with HQ directives.
• Prepare for inventory audits and assist in stock management.
• Lead visual merchandising and product presentation efforts.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
