Job summary

Panda Express, a leader in American Chinese dining, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
