Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
