Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will manage a single store, including hiring, directing of staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
• Support from the Panda community and ongoing leadership development.
