Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, guiding associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional growth within a family-owned brand that emphasizes development and care for its associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure execution of company standards and drive store performance.
• Participate in the leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success.
