Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while ensuring delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide training through an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
