Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and coach associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
