You will be responsible for running a single store, hiring and guiding staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and directing of associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quality service.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
