Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Restaurant Group location. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes hiring, coaching, and directing associates, plus an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for future growth. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and achieve financial goals while delivering guest experiences.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to ensure peak performance.
• Manage opening/closing duties and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
