Job summary

Panda Express in the United States is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training and mentorship through our Panda community. You’ll lead a single store, hire and coach associates, and drive financial results while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success, with opportunities to grow within a family of restaurants that values development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure store success and customer satisfaction.
