Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, ensure a friendly shopping experience, and develop a strong leadership team responsible for daily execution of merchandising, inventory, and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates bring extensive store management experience, strong leadership and coaching skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Store operations to meet Company standards and maximize sales and profit.
• Staff, train, and develop leadership to deliver results and a friendly shopping environment.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor activities to ensure timely merchandise flow.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, compliance, and adherence to safety and loss prevention programs.
