Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

You will supervise the leadership team, recruit and train staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain a high standard of store appearance and safety. The role requires demonstrated store management experience in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English and ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Store operations to meet company standards and profitability.
• Recruits, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
• Oversees payroll, scheduling and adherence to labor budgets.
• Direct supervision of Store staff and loss prevention practices to protect assets.
• Maintains a clean, easy-to-shop environment and upholds Ross brand standards.
