Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store’s operations and drive sales and profitability in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will recruit, train, and develop a leadership team, manage stockroom, front end, and sales floor operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain a clean, customer‑friendly store while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of assistant store manager, area supervisors, and all retail associates.
• Lead payroll, scheduling, and expenses to meet budget objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop leadership team across store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and customer-friendly sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
