Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Addresses variances to Company standards with action plans with District Manager support.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling compliance.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops leadership team to deliver results.
• Manages skills development and retention through incentives, recognition and training.
• Ensures compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations.
