Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a experienced Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service. You will manage staffing, training, merchandising, and daily workflow to meet company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, payroll control, and compliance with all policies. You will work with district leadership to optimize performance and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers and associates

Qualifications

Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to develop a schedule and execute to achieve results.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the Store's operations to meet company standards.
Staff, train and develop leadership team to deliver sales and profit results.
Manage the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and controllable expenses.
Ensure proper payroll administration and scheduling compliance.
Maintain a safe and secure environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
