You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals, managing staff development, and ensuring excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Leadership, accountability, and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.
