Total Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 per year and includes base, commission and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• 3-5 years in a sales/retail environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store sales team to meet revenue goals.
• Manage operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Plan promotions and events to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor P&L, margins, and store profitability.
• Uphold brand standards and conduct weekly team meetings.
