The role offers a total compensation range of $60,000–$95,000 per year, with base pay, commission and bonus, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in a sales retail environment with leadership responsibility.
• Strong ethics, integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, selecting, training and developing a top-performing team.
• Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks and sales goals.
• Sustain store profitability through effective P&L management and financial metrics.
