Carter’s is seeking an Store Manager to lead the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Roanoke store. You’ll coach staff, manage merchandising, and drive store performance while upholding Carter’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
