Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team during the manager’s absence, and handle opposing shifts.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification and ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluent in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification preferred; ASE Certification noted.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Assist store manager in staffing, coaching, and training of team members.
• Participate in hiring processes: recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure timely processing of all transfers, orders, returns, and related communications.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits and building.
