The role requires retail management experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. A positive, customer-focused mindset and budgeting responsibilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays including two closing shifts weekly.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and develop teams with succession plans.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for staff.
• Grow leaders through clear direction, delegation and development.
• Lead the Leader on Duty program and drive customer focus on the floor.
• Welcome customers, explain product styles and benefits, and build loyalty.
