Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sebring, FL to join our store leadership team. This role collaborates with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a dedicated team of Partners in merchandising, operations, and daily store activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing consistent and timely coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule as needed, and support interviewing and hiring.
